Dashboard Overview

Learn how to use Amply's dashboard and get insight into vital metrics.

Amply's dashboard visually tracks, analyzes, and displays key performance metrics pertaining to your programmatic email. It is a central console interface that allows you to see all of your key delivery and engagement data in visually appealing formats such as graphs, charts, and logs.

There are 3 components of the dashboard that you can toggle to at any time:

  1. DevOps focuses on your sending health, enabling you to monitor everything that relates to deliverability - overall sending activity, bounces, spam reports, unsubscribes, etc.
  2. Product displays user engagement stats and product usage analysis. It shows you your most active users, which ones are taking frequent actions, etc.
  3. Security displays sensitive account and financial events, and makes it easy for you to track your security status. It enables you to pinpoint anomalies in locations and activity.


The default time period for data displayed on each dashboard is the last 30 days. You can change this by clicking on the icon in the top right hand corner. You can view events from any time period within the last 2 years.
